Notice of Application for a Conditional Use Permit

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday August 14, 2018 at or about 7 p.m. at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH, concerning an application for a Conditional Use Permit.

Applicants:  Maurice and Carolyn Saunders

Property Locations:  Map 6 Lot 733,421 (421 Chalk Pond Road) and Map 6 Lot 750,420 (420 Chalk Pond Road)

Purpose:  Request a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a driveway within the Steep Slope Overlay District, per Zoning Ordinance Article XI.C, and over Map 6 Lot 750,420 (420 Chalk Pond Road) to access their house.

Abutters, restriction holders, and interested citizens may be heard on the application upon request and/or submit written comments.  Written comments will become part of the public record and be provided to the Board for consideration.  Please address written comments to: Town of Sutton, Land Use Department, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH 03221.
