The Town Moderator, Town Clerk, Supervisors of the Checklist and duly appointed election clerks will be conducting a session at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall, November 2, 2020 commencing at 3:00 p.m. to update the checklist, as newly permitted by the State of New Hampshire due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to indicate the registered voters as to whom absentee ballots have been received by the Town Clerk.  No absentee ballots will be opened or counted during this session. Rather, the purpose of the meeting is to identify and mark on the Checklist absentee voters who have submitted their ballots in advance of Primary Election Day to streamline the final  processing of absentee ballots on Primary Election Day given the expected increase in absentee voting.  The meeting is open to the public, but those attending will be required to wear masks and socially distance, as required by the Moderator.
