Select Board Meeting

The Select Board will meet on a bi-weekly basis while the Town Administrator is on parental leave, beginning Monday, July 16th. Pursuant to NH RSA 294-E:7  and 41:29, I. (a), the Board will non-contemporaneously review Accounts Payable and Payroll manifests, which they will authorize by electronic signature prior to their bi-weekly meetings. If you have an urgent request for the Board to address during the Town Administrator’s leave, please contact Lorri Himes and she will contact the Board. The Board are open to convening a special meeting if appropriate.

To meet with the Town Administrator prior to her leave, department heads and members of the public are encouraged to call, email, or stop by the Town Hall. Members of the public are also welcome to schedule a phone call, in-person meeting, or videoconference at their convenience here.

Select Board meetings are held at Pillsbury Memorial Hall, 93 Main St. Sutton Mills, NH 03221 and are streamed online. Members of the public are welcome to attend in person or remotely using the browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. When it is time for the meeting to start, click here! After providing your name and address please remember to stay on mute so that you do not interrupt the proceedings. If you wish to comment or ask a question on a matter being discussed, please raise your hand in the Chat room and the Town Administrator will notify the Board Chair at the appropriate time, or you can wait until the time allotted for Public Input before the adjournment of the meeting.

The agenda and meeting dates for upcoming meetings are available at the Town Hall and published on our calendar. Meeting minutes are filed in the Town Clerk’s office and are published on our website.
