The last day for voters to petition the Select Board to include an article in the town meeting warrant is Tuesday, January 14^th, provided that if a petitioned article proposes a bond governed by RSA 33:8-a, the deadline is the preceding Friday, January 10^th. [RSA 39:3; 40:13, II-a(b)]
