NOTICE OF DECISION

December 12, 2017

I.     Boynton III, Freeman, 87 Sutton Road/NH Route 14, Sutton. Tax Map 09 Lot Number 865-299.  Conditional Use Permit Application for Constructing a Driveway within a Steep Slope Overlay District.

MOTION:  Board Member O’Connor moved to approve the Conditional Use Permit Application for constructing a driveway within a Steep Slope Overlay District, with the following condition:

  1. Additional language concerning stump grinding rather than silt fence.

It was seconded by Board Member Lang.  The motion carried unanimously.

 

II.     Boynton III, Freeman, 87 Sutton Road/NH Route 14, Sutton. Tax Map 09 Lot Number 865-299.  Conditional Use Permit Application for Constructing a Driveway within a Steep Slope Overlay District.

MOTION:  Board Member O’Connor moved to approve the Conditional Use Permit Application for constructing a driveway within a Wetland Overlay District, as presented.  It was seconded by Board Member Lang  The motion carried unanimously.

 

III.     Van der Werff, Susan E. and Nicholas J., 78 Nelson Hill Road.  Tax Map 06 Lot Number 932-133.  Subdivision Application:  Subdivision of lot into 2 parcels, 9.07 acres and 2.27 acres.

MOTION:  Lang moved to approve the Subdivision Application for Lot #06-932-133, 78 Nelson Hill Road, with the following conditions:

  1. Boundary adjustment to eliminate as much of the sliver of land that cannot be developed in the future.
  2. Approval by Newbury.

It was seconded by Board Member Angeli.  The motion carried unanimously.
