On Monday, April 14th, the Select Board Board held a strategic planning session facilitated by former Town Moderator Greg Gill. The purpose of this session was to gather input on the Select Board’s 2025 priorities, and to engage volunteers to support town projects. See the link below for the output from this session, which is described below.

Gill facilitated an interactive exercise designed to gather input from participants on their priorities for the Town. Gill invited participants to write their priorities for the Town on post-it notes and place them on a board. On behalf of the Select Board, Glynn invited participants to a continuation of the strategic planning session on Monday, April 28th at Pillsbury Memorial Hall from 7:00pm-9:00pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the results of the April 14th Strategic Planning Session and to engage volunteers. Gill encouraged participants to solicit more community participation by inviting fellow members of the Town to attend. Those who cannot attend in person are encouraged to contact the Town Administrator at (603) 927-2403 or townadmin@sutton-nh.org  to share input.

Prior to the April 28th session, Gill invited participants to review the Annual Report for background information on the themes or affinities they are interested in discussing. The Town will publish results from the April 14th session on the town website, and by e-mail to participants who shared their contact information.
