Upon a finding by the Board that the application is complete, a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will either follow or will be scheduled for a future regular meeting of the Board. Abutters, restriction holders, and interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and express their views and/or submit written comments. Written comments will become part of the public record and be provided to the Board to consider.
