November 18, 2020 | Town Admin SUTTON PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING AMENDMENTS Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7 that the Sutton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday December 8, 2020, at a meeting beginning at 7:00PM at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall, 93 Main Street, Sutton, NH* on proposed revisions to the Sutton Zoning Ordinance. The revisions were prepared by the Planning Board and the effect of the proposed amendments would be to: To revise Article IV. Section D. 2 and Article V, Section D. 2, Shoreland requirements for both Zone Districts, (identical text in both cases, before and after replacement) to replace the existing text with language recommended by Town Counsel to eliminate ambiguity regarding a Special Exception that exempts structures 150 square feet and smaller from the wetland buffer requirements of Article X, Table D.1.
