Pursuant to RSA 675:7, notice is hereby given that the Sutton Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on January 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH, 03221, to consider a proposed amendment to the Sutton Zoning Ordinance, Article XI-STEEP SLOPE OVERLAY DISTRICT to exempt lawfully pre-existing driveways and certain pre-existing lots from the conditional use permit requirements, provided that the current applicable setback requirements are satisfied, for any lot that was lawfully laid out by plan or deed or shown on an approved subdivision plan recorded in the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds.  The proposed amendment is available for review at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall.  Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend.
