Proposed Amendment to the Sutton Zoning and Building Ordinance



You are hereby notified of a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 7:00p.m. at the Pillsbury Memorial Town Hall, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH, to review proposed amendments to Article IX (Cluster Development) of the Sutton Zoning and Building Ordinance. The purpose of these amendments is to address the desires of the Town concerning open space protection as outlined in the 2021 Master Plan Update and to correct certain issues that became apparent during the application of this regulation over the past two years.


Details of the proposed amendments, along with a comparison of the old versus proposed regulations, are posted on the Town of Sutton webpage ( and are available at the Sutton Town Hall.


You are invited to appear in person or be represented by an agent or counsel to provide input to the Planning Board regarding the proposed amendments. Please address any written input or comments to Sutton Planning and Zoning, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH  03221, referencing “Proposed Zoning Amendments.”  All written submissions will be included as part of the record.
