March 8, 2021 | Town Admin TOWN OF SUTTON Pillsbury Memorial Town Hall 93 Main Street Sutton Mills, NH Sutton Mills, NH 03221 Select Board March 8, 2021 @ 4:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order at 4:09 p.m. by Robert Wright Jr., Chair. Selectman Wright announced that the meeting was to review the consent agenda. Present at the meeting were Robert Wright, Jr., Chair. William I. Curless, Selectman; Dane Headley, Selectman and Elly Phillips, Town Administrator. The minutes from March 1, 2021 were approved as written. The Board reviewed and approved the following manifests: Vendor Manifest: $35,809.69 Payroll Manifest: $12,095.48 BUILDING PERMITS: No action was taken on the following building permits, pending wetland setback verification: Chilin Associates, 09-034-007, Kearsarge Valley Road, for a house. Chilin Associates, 07-032-585, Kearsarge Valley Road, for a house. A building permit for Mason Delafield, 10-599-454, Stonehouse Road for a solar array was approved. EXEMPTIONS AND CREDITS: The board approved an Elderly Exemption for John Kainu, II, Map 03-540-370. The Board approved a Veteran’s Credit for Leonard Fish, 04-085-352, in the amount of $500.00. NEW BUSINESS: As the Chair was not seeking re-election. Selectman Wright made a motion to elect William Curless to chair the Board for the 2021 to March 2022 term. Selectman Headley seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 2-0 with Selectman Curless abstaining from the vote.
