Select Board transitioning to bi-weekly meetings July 16th.

The Town Administrator will be on parental leave for 6 to 12 weeks beginning in mid-July.

The Select Board will meet on a bi-weekly basis during the Town Administrator’s leave, beginning Monday, July 16th. Pursuant to NH RSA 294-E:7  and 41:29, I. (a), the Board will non-contemporaneously review Accounts Payable and Payroll manifests, which they will authorize by electronic signature prior to their bi-weekly meetings. If you have an urgent request for the Board to address during the Town Administrator’s leave, please contact Lorri Himes and she will contact the Board. The Board are open to convening a special meeting if appropriate.
