Present at the meeting was Walter Baker, Chair; Robert Wright, Jr., Selectman; William Curless, Selectman and Elly Phillips, Recording Secretary. NEW BUSINESS: The Board review the 2017 Warrant and Budget and finalized recommendations on special Warrant Articles as follows: Article 4 Recommended 3-0 Article 7 Recommended 3-0 Article 8 Recommended 3-0 Article 13 Recommended 3-0 Article 16 Not Recommended 3-0 Article 17 Not Recommended 3-0 The Board of Selectmen executed the 2017 Warrant.
