July 10, 2017 | Town Admin TOWN OF SUTTON Pillsbury Memorial Town Hall 93 Main Street Sutton Mills, NH 03221 Board of Selectman Meeting Minutes of July 10, 2017 The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Robert Wright, Jr., Chair. Present at the meeting was Robert Wright, Jr., Chair; William I. Curless, Selectman; Walter Baker, Jr., Selectman and Cynthia Stillman, Recording Secretary. The Board reviewed and approved the minutes from July 3, 2017. The Board reviewed and approved the following manifests: PAYROLL MANIFEST: $ 9,880.48 VENDOR MANIFEST: $19,693.08 PERMITS: The Board reviewed and approved the building permit Robert A. Jeffrey, 02-418-356, Lovett Lane to demolish an existing cottage, and erect an office/studio. INTENT TO CUT: The Board reviewed and approved the following Intent to Cuts. Robert O’Neil, Map 02-508-408, Johnson Hill Road for 45 out of 76.4 acres Prime Children’s Trust, Map 03-336-192, North Road, for .3 acres out of 2 Prime Children’s Trust, Map 03-273-167, for 60 acres out of 181 NEW BUSINESS: The Board reviewed a listing of unlicensed dogs. Selectman Wright made a motion to move forward with the unlicensed dog warrant. Selectman Curless seconded the motion which passed by a unanimous affirmative vote. OLD BUSINESS: Selectman Wright reported on the disposal of kitty litter which needs to be put into the compactor. SELECTMEN’S COMMENTS: Selectman Baker reported on progress of the library ramp and advised that engineering plans were in process. Construction will not commence until after the Summer Program concludes (August 22, 2017). Selectman Curless reported that the planning board review of Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations is near completion. Selectman Wright advised that he will be attending the Warner River Watershed meeting scheduled for July 11, 2017 on behalf of the Board. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
