ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION

AUGUST 21, 2019

Case# 2019-05; Parcel ID: 04/306-120; An appeal by Douglas Dean, representing the Trinity Bible Church, for a Variance to the terms of Article X, Table D.1 of the Sutton Zoning and Building Ordinance as follows:

To allow an addition to the existing structure at the site, per the 2012 Approved Site Plan, having an approximate wetland setback of 55′, which is less than the required setback of 75′; in a Residential District along Route 114.

The Board reviewed the five criteria for approval of the proposed Variance and agreed that these requirements had all been met. A motion to approve was then made as follows;

MOTION: Board Member Katy Schneider moved to approve the Variance Application as submitted by the Trinity Bible Church. The motion was seconded by Board Member Samantha Gordon. The motion was approved unanimously (5-0).
