Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at or about 7 p.m. at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH 03221 concerning a request for a variance under Article X, Section D.1 of the Sutton Zoning Ordinance.

  • Applicants/Owners:  Lee and Karen Booker
  • Property Location:  32 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH 03221 (Tax Map 06-380-154) in the Residential Zoning District
  • Purpose:  The applicants/owners request a variance to a wetland setback to allow installation of a solar array.

Abutters; holders of conservation, preservation or agricultural preservation restrictions; and interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and express their views and/or submit written comments.  Written comments will become part of the public record and provided to the Board Members to consider.  Please address written comments to: Town of Sutton, Land Use Department, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH 03221.

Documents submitted are available for public review at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall during regular Land Use business hours (https://www.sutton-nh.org/town-department/land-use-department/) and will be available at the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
