The applicants and owners, Allan Byam and Carol Belliveau, request a variance to a wetland setback to allow razing an existing house, constructing a new house within 35’ of a wetland. Article X, Sections B.2 and D.3: The proposed new construction is within 53’ of Blaisdell Lake. You are invited to attend the public hearing and express your view and/or submit written comments.
