February 4, 2020 | Town Admin TOWN OF SUTTON Pillsbury Memorial Town Hall 93 Main Street Sutton Mills, NH Sutton Mills, NH 03221 PLANNING BOARD February 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. SECOND PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 2020 ZONING AMENDMENTS CALL TO ORDER: Chair Wells opened the public hearing at 7:00pm. Roll was called. ROLL CALL: Roger Wells (Chair), David Angeli, David Hill (alternate sitting in for Deb Lang), Glenn Pogust, Bill Curless, Peter Stanley Chair Wells called the roll. It was determined that there was a quorum. Chair Wells appointed alternate, David Hill, to be a full member to take the place of Debbie Lang who was absent. Chair Wells then asked Planning and Zoning Administrator Peter Stanley to explain the change that precipitated the second public hearing. Mr. Stanley indicated that a line of text had inadvertently been omitted from the previous version of the amendment, what is now shown as Article VII, Section B, 2, d. Chair wells asked if there were any questions or comments from the Board, and there were none. Chair Wells then asked the only public attendee, Dane Headley, if he had any comments or questions. Mr. Headley said he had no questions or comments, so Chair Wells closed the public comment portion of the hearing and requested a motion to accept and advance the proposed zoning change and definitions to the ballot. MOTION: Glen Pogust moved to accept the change and recommend that the Select Board place the proposed zoning amendment and definitions on the ballot for the 2020 Sutton Town Meeting. The motion was seconded by Bill Curliss and the motion was passed unanimously.
