December 21, 2018 | Town Admin TOWN OF SUTTON Pillsbury Memorial Hall 93 Main Street Sutton Mills, NH 03221 PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE — SITE PLAN REVIEW The Town of Sutton Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on January 8, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. at the Pillsbury Memorial Hall, 93 Main Street, Sutton Mills, NH, 03221 to consider a Site Plan Review Application by Vertex Tower Assets, LLC and New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC d/b/a AT&T Mobility for the following: The applicant proposes to construct a personal wireless facility consisting of a 190’ tall self-support/lattice style tower on which telecommunications antennas and electronic equipment will be attached, inside a 60’ x 60’ fenced in compound which will also contain ground-based telecommunications equipment at the property located at the end of Wrights Hill Road, owned by Norman Karl Brooks, Sutton Tax Map/Lot 02-865-520 in the Rural Agricultural Zone. If the Planning Board determines the application is complete, the public hearing will be held immediately following the completeness review, at which time the Board will receive public input and take action on the issue. Should a decision not be reached, this application will remain on the Planning Board’s agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. If the meeting is continued, the date will be announced at that meeting. You will not be re-notified. Abutters and other interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and express their views and/or submit written comments.
