Selectman McManus seconded the motion. The Board was polled with Selectmen Headley, Baker and McManus voting in the affirmative. Public Session resumed at 6:12 p.m. Selectman Baker moved to seal the minutes as they pertain to personnel. Selectman McManus seconded the motion. The Motion passed by a unanimous affirmative vote.
