Curless, Chair, opened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present at the meeting were William Curless, Chair and Dane Headley, Selectman; and Walter Baker, Jr. Selectman. WORK SESSION: At 5:36 p.m. Selectman Curless made a motion to enter into non-public session to conduct a work session to complete performance evaluations for department heads pursuant to RSA 91-A:3,II(a) dismissal, promotion, or compensation of any public employee . Selectman Headley seconded the motion. Public Session resumed at 5:36 p.m. The minutes from the non-public session were not sealed. OLD BUSINESS: The Board discussed property slated for tax deeded. The Board discussed the fact that good cause was not found to defer tax deeding. Selectman Curless made a motion to instruct the Tax Collector to proceed with the Tax Deeding process.
