Curless, Chair, opened the meeting at 5:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present at the meeting were William Curless, Chair and Dane Headley, Selectman. The minutes from August 2, 2021, were approved as written. The Board reviewed and approved the following manifests: Vendor Manifest: $ 102,121.58 Payroll Manifest: $ 10,878.73 The Board reviewed and approved the following building permits: Fred Fullerton, 10-080-374, Meadowbrook Road for a deck. Joshua Ortiz, 06-393-230, Main Street, for a solar array. Jeanne Nolte, 06-388-223, Main Street, for replacement windows. Joseph & Kecia Burns, 07-825-379, Taylors Path, for a sunroom and run-in shed. At 4:47 p.m. Selectman Curless made a motion to enter into non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3,II(a) dismissal, promotion, or compensation of any public employee to conduct a work session to do department head performance evaluations. Selectman Headley seconded the motion. The roll was called with Selectman Curless and Selectman Headley voting in the affirmative.
