Town of Sutton, NH Classification and Compensation Study (November 2023) Now Available Online

The Town of Sutton, New Hampshire engaged Municipal Resources, Inc. (MRI) to develop a Pay
and Classification Plan based on comparative analysis of approximately 25 classifications and to
conduct a market salary and benefit analysis. This study was commissioned to re-examine the
responsibilities, work performed, and market pay rates for each position included in the study.
